I finally wore my Peter Pilotto for Target blouse today. I definitely wanted to play up the yellow in the top, so I accented with a bright necklace and purse. I also wore these blue heels to complement the blue in the blouse. It's still a bit cool here in Florida, so I topped off the look with a blazer, which helps neutralize all the bright colors.
