A couple days ago, my brother took me out to get some boba at the Regency Mall (probably one of the most ghetto places in Jacksonville with Boba Blends being one of its only redeeming qualities).

If you've never tried boba, you must! It's so delicious, especially my personal favorite - avocado!

Boba Blends is a smoothie stand in the food court, but what makes them unique is the boba they put in their drinks (totally optional though). What is boba you ask? Well, simply put, they are tapioca "pearls." To be honest, they don't really have much of a taste - just a very subtle sweetness. But the soft chewy texture makes them simply fun to eat - like little pieces of candy at the bottom of your drink. Who wouldn't like that?!
