My husband is simply amazing. He knew I REALLY wanted the Orla Kiely iPad Case and that I was so disappointed when it sold out online in both the UK and US websites. Well, it turns out he bought it for me months ago when I first laid eyes on it and told him how cute I thought it was. I thought it was so sweet of him to remember how much I wanted it and how he bought it way in advance in order to get it for me for Christmas. And I was BEYOND excited when I opened this on Christmas morning.

The brown leather band actually has velcro so you can remove it and fold it into a stand. Also, one of the great features of this case is the ability to rotate your iPad so you can view it in a landscape or portrait orientation.

This case is made of cotton with PU coating (which makes it easy to wipe clean) with leather trimmings and a super soft polyester lining to protect your iPad screen from getting scratched. It also has a button closure.

This case makes my iPad that much more fun to use. And another bonus: it's made in Turkey :)

Finally, something that's not made in China!
Yes! That's what I thought!
Love that case where did ur husband get it ?
Do you have any problems with this case?
Hi! My husband bought it from the Orla Kiely website: www.orlakiely.com/usa
Nope, I've had no problems with the case whatsoever. It's quite durable. I've had it for almost a year now and it still looks pretty much brand new.
Thank you so much for all the detailed pics - I've been trying to find some decent photos on any of the retailers' websites but none of them explained the case as well as you did - I might need to invest in one myself now! Thank you again!
You're welcome! I'm glad I was able to help. Yeah, I hate stock photos on retailers' websites - they're never detailed enough. I love being able to post pictures and write reviews here on my blog. Make sure to check out eBay or www.trexta.com - I believe the case is much cheaper there. Good luck!
This is great! I had an iPad for Christmas and have taken a fancy to the Orla Kiely case. I notice that it doesn't have cut outs for the camera and speaker - is this a hassle?
Hi Beth! You should definitely get an Orla Kiely case for your new iPad :) But yes, you are correct - there is no hole for the camera. Whenever I want to take a picture, I have to rotate the iPad so the camera lense is exposed (see third to last picture). As for the speaker being covered, I haven't had an issue with that - I am able to hear the sound just fine. Hope this helps!
