I'm thinking this watch might be my favorite of all the new releases. I love the Oval Stem print on the leather band.

Orla Kiely FW16 Mainline: Sycamore Leaf Printed Leather in Mustard and Slate

I love when Orla Kiely incorporates prints into her Mainline collection. I'm used to seeing simple leathers and subtle patterns in this line, mainly reserving her bolder designs for the laminated canvas or nylon finishes of her Stem bags, so I'm always excited to see prints on the leather goods. My favorite from this season is the Slate colorway of the Willow Bag, which is the smaller cousin of the tote shown below. I think the green leather card holder works so well with the black and grey colors. The leather flap closure is also a nice touch. Which bag is your favorite from this line?

Orla Kiely FW16 Mainline: Sixties Stem Punched Leather in Dusky Pink

Orla Kiely's Fall/Winter 2016 Sixties Stem Punched Leather collection is now available in the colorways Dusky Pink and Black. I did not include pictures of the black version in this post as this color has been available in past seasons (see AW15 and SS16). However, there are two differences - the Caraway and Burdock bags no longer include a shoulder strap, which in my opinion is fine because I wasn't too fond of the cotton straps with the leather anyway. Plus, this Dusky Pink is just SO beautiful and definitely steals the spotlight away from the black version. Last season, I was obsessed with the Nude colorway of the Textured Leather bags, but I can see this Dusky Pink becoming my newest obsession (it seems that I have a thing for pink bags as that's the color I have the most in my collection!)

This was the bag I was looking forward to the most...because of that stinkin' cute bird charm!

I thought the charm would be included with the bag, but it looks like it will be something sold separately. I haven't seen it available online yet, but I think its combination with the Caraway bag is perfect!

This Iris Bag comes in at a close second favorite for me because I just love its boxy shape. And looking at the product shots online, there seems to be more options for the shoulder strap so you can adjust it as a short shoulder bag or wear it long cross body.

Orla Kiely Pre-Fall 2016 Mainline: Textured Leather in Berry and Tan

Yay, Orla Kiely's Pre-Fall 2016 Mainline collection has just debuted on the UK/Worldwide site! I've been waiting excitedly for this collection as I've seen a few pieces from the lookbook that I was quite interested in. Here we have the Textured Leather collection in colors perfect for fall. My Mom has said that my collection will never be complete as I will always want a new bag from every season, and quite frankly, she is right. I mean, I don't have a bag in either the Berry or Tan colors shown below, so it's a justified purchase, right? (Right???)

Mini Ivy Bag

Let's start with my favorite - the Mini Ivy bag in the Berry colorway. When I first started seeing this bag in promo shots, I thought it might've been a brand new style, but it is actually an oldie but a goodie. The Mini Ivy has long been a part of the mainline collection and I have one in the Sixties Stem Punched design from 2014 that I adore. However, I like this updated version better as it appears more structured and I love the deep berry color with its contrasting pink closure.

This is a close second favorite for me as I think the Sweet Pea style is so cute, but they are quite small. Definitely an ideal bag for evenings out or just running quick errands when you don't need to carry a lot.

Orla Kiely Stem Printed Leather Iris Bag

Last weekend, some friends I went out to see Bad Moms for some much-needed comic relief from the stresses of being a mom. 

Since we were heading to the movies, I wanted to keep things minimal and carried what could possibly be my smallest purse ever, this Stem Printed Iris Bag, which is essentially a wallet with a strap. I could fit just a few cards, my keys, and a lipstick, but that's all I really needed for a night out at the movies.

I love the scalloped detailing along the neckline of this blouse.

These scalloped shorts and this oversized cardigan provided lots of comfort while sitting at the movies.
